住棚节

Sukkot (Feast of Tabernacles) is this evening (8th Oct) sundown to 16th Oct. sundown. I am preparing to obey the commandment of Abba YAHUWAH (Father Jehovah) in Leviticus 23:34-44 to stay in a tent to remember HIS grace and mercy for our spiritual forefathers Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, and our appointment to meet my Messiah YAHUshua (Jesus Christ) when He returns to earth with the new Kingdom of Yerushalayim (New Jerusalem) in the new millennium to rule as King of Kings for a 1000 years. Brothers and sisters, are you preparing yourselves for this great event by rehearsing all the commanded festivals in Leviticus 23? Or do you even know about YAHUshua’s appointment with us? Let’s consider some of the scriptures in the old (First Testament) and new testaments (Second Testament): Leviticus 23:41 says it is a festival that we must keep “FOREVER” Lev 23:41 And you shall keep it a feast unto the seven days in the year. It shall be a statute (LAW of GOD) for ever in your generations: you shall celebrateH2287 it in the seventhH7637 month. What is the Hebrew word definition of “Forever”? H5769 עלם עולם ‛ôlâm ‛ôlâm o-lawm', o-lawm' From H5956; properly concealed, that is, the vanishing point; generally time out of mind (past or future), that is, (practically) eternity; frequentative adverbially (especially with prepositional prefix) always: - always (-s), ancient (time), any more, continuance, eternal, (for, [n-]) ever (-lasting, -more, of old), lasting, long (time), (of) old (time), perpetual, at any time, (beginning of the) world (+ without end). Leviticus 23:42 says all who are Israelites (means people in faith or people of God), children of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, are to celebrate this festival forever. Lev 23:42 ‘Dwell in booths for seven days; all who are native Yisra’ĕlites dwell in booths, In the New Testament, who are the Israelites? Who are the children of Abraham? Rom 11:17 And if some of the branches were broken off, and you, being a wild olive tree, have been grafted in among them (so after in grafting you become same as the tree of Israel), and came to share the root and fatness of the olive tree, Joh 15:1 “I am the true vine, and My Father is the gardener. 2 “Every branch in Me that bears no fruit He takes away. And every branch that bears fruit He prunes, so that it bears more fruit. Rom 11:24 For if you were cut out of the olive tree which is wild by nature, and were grafted contrary to nature into a good olive tree, how much more shall these who are the natural branches, be grafted into their own olive tree? Eph 2:11 Therefore remember that you, once gentiles in the flesh, who are called ‘the uncircumcision’ by what is called ‘the circumcision’ made in the flesh by hands, 1 1 Cor. 12:2. From these New Testament verses, it is very clear that the grafted in children of Abraham are those who believes in Jesus (YAHUshua Messiah) as their Saviour. Once we accept Jesus, we are grafted into the family of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob which is known as Israel. Therefore, as Israelites, we are bound by the commandment in Leviticus 23:41-42! Amen! Please understand in scripture Israelite is not a race, it is people who have faith in Christ and it is only through Christ that pagan can come into the covenant of Abraham and receive the blessings of Abraham. Christian churches teach us that all these commandments have been done away with. If this is the case, why do we find in book of Revelation 21:3 that Jesus will “tabernacle” (booth or tent) with us in His new Kingdom? Rev 21:2-4 And I, Yoḥanan (John), saw the set-apart city, renewed Yerushalayim (Jerusalem), coming down out of the heaven from Elohim (God), prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. 3 And I heard a loud voice from the heaven, saying, “See, the Booth of Elohim is with men, and He shall dwell with them, and they shall be His people, and Elohim Himself shall be with them and be their Elohim. 4 “And Elohim shall wipe away every tear from their eyes, and there shall be no more death, nor mourning, nor crying. And there shall be no more pain, for the former matters have passed away.” (This is the prophecy yet to come.) So, it is clearly written that Jesus’ appointment with us on His 2nd coming is for us to be waiting in Tabernacles in the wilderness, not in concrete buildings in cities. That is why we are called to observe the Feast of Tabernacles for eternity. Scriptures even tell us that when the new Kingdom of Jerusalem is established on earth, Feast of Tabernacles will continue to be observed! Zec 14:16 And it shall be, that all who are left from all the gentiles which came up against Yerushalayim, shall go up from year to year to bow themselves to the Sovereign, יהוה of hosts, and to observe the Festival of Booths. 17 And it shall be, that if anyone of the clans of the earth does not come up to Yerushalayim to bow himself to the Sovereign, יהוה of hosts, on them there is to be no rain. (We need rain or else there will be famine. Many people today lives in scarcity, the work very hard to save for the future and money just doesn't seem last long enough? This is what the bible say - there is no rain. I bet you to be obedient to this commandment of God, you will find that your rain comes and you will have more than enough. Money will not be a burden to you.) Modern churches are in a “building” race. Every pastor aspires to build a huge building in big cities. Let’s check the bible to see who started this building competition? Gen 4:17 And Cain knew his wife; and she conceived, and bare Enoch: and he built a city, and called the name of the city, after the name of his son, Enoch. Gen 10:8 And Cush begat Nimrod: he began to be a mighty one in the earth. 9 He was a mighty hunter before the LORD: wherefore it is said, Even as Nimrod the mighty hunter before the LORD. 10 And the beginning of his kingdom was Babel, and Erech, and Accad, and Calneh, in the land of Shinar. 11 Out of that land went forth Asshur, and built Nineveh, and the city Rehoboth, and Calah, 12 And Resen between Nineveh and Calah: the same is a great city. It is clear now that the spirit of “building” big cities came from 2 of the biblical characters despised by Father God – Cain and Nimrod. It is clearly contradictory to what Father God instructed Abraham, Isaac and Jacob where we find the living patterns of our patriarchs were nomadic in tents or tabernacles (Genesis 12). So, on this coming celebration of the Feast of Tabernacles, I encourage everyone of my beloved brothers and sisters who believes in Jesus (YAHUSHUA), to seriously and prayerfully study the verses from Zechariah 14:16-18 and ask Father God to reveal to you the whole truth if you should return to observing HIS commandments on the various Sabbaths and Feast days. The first day of Feast of Tabernacle this year falls on 8th Oct to 16th Oct starting from sun down to sun down (total 8 days.) The first say and the eighth day is called High Shabbat. So this week and next week we have one two Shabbat. Meaning one High Shabbat and a regular Shabbat for the week. Do no work or business on that day. A day of rest in the LORD. This is one of the seven feasts of the Lord as stated in the bible that we should follow and not the feasts man made such as Easter and Christmas. Both these celebrations is not from the bible and it origination is idol worship. Have a blessed Feast of Tabernacles! May you and your family be blessed with SHALOM! Amein!

今年的物理奖应该是日本的荣耀

日本3科學家。 赤崎勇(Isamu Akasaki)名城大学终身教授、 天野浩(Hiroshi Amano)名城大学、名古屋大学教授和 中村修二(Shuji Nakamur)美国加州大学圣塔芭芭拉分校教授,美籍 科学家在牛顿时代就明白红，绿和蓝三色混合后能变成白色光， 其实所有颜色本身就是不同比例的红绿蓝（RGB) 三种原始颜色演变来的。 LED概念始于俄国，LED产生的电子光具有高能效和长寿命等特点，并且不像产生萤光的汞材料会对环境有害。 红色和绿色的LED早在六十年代就在美国发明，今2014年的诺贝尔奖则是授予蓝LED的发明， 他们的工作使红绿蓝三色混合的LED成为可能，这样使LED得以应用于电视或手机等广泛的领域。 诺贝尔委员会也强调这是能给人类生活带来便利的发明奖项，不像以往很多诺贝尔奖是授予深层的对未知世界的探索。 但是今年的物理奖仅授予蓝LED，而直接发明了LED并且仍然健在的美国科学家James R. 校長募款補差額:蔬食自助餐吃到飽20元

新竹教育大學為提倡蔬食環保概念，每周五蔬食自助餐吃到飽只要20元，吸引師生大排長龍，有學生笑說，吃自助餐不用錙銖必較，想吃什麼蔬菜就夾什麼，便宜又健康，吃得非常開心。 發起此創意的竹教大校長陳惠邦說，每周一天吃蔬食、少吃肉，能夠減少排放二氧化碳，也減少飼養動物所消耗的穀物，有助於愛護地球，培養師生環保意識，上學期開始發起每周五蔬食吃到飽只要10元的活動。 學務長邱文信表示，一般吃蔬食便當約50元，校長對外募款補助差額，校方希望循序漸進減少支出，因此這學期調高到20元，學生未自備餐具需多付5元。 他說，有些原先不喜歡吃蔬食的學生，現在每周五都來，目前校方每周補助餐食1萬1000元，待師生養成吃蔬食的習慣後，將逐漸減少補助。
